A poor wet and hungry looking (but extremely friendly) black labrador turned up at our front door this morning at 6am. I am guessing it got lost or frightened in the thunderstorm last night.

We are in Tai Peng New Village. As far as I know the dog is still there waiting.

Please call me on: 5411 4441 if this is your dog.

Sorry for the bad photo but its the best my wife could get.
