I am Ayelet from Pak Kok market. We are going to have a market on the 17th of November. If you are making handmade craft, art or have a small business and want to sell at the market [sorry but not food and drinks], then please get in touch. The stalls are for free but I am looking for a definite commitment. The previous market was very good and it looks like everyone had a great time. If you are interested in more details please contact me Idan_ayelet@yahoo.com or 9723 0459. Thank you, Ayelet

Hi everyone,
I want to remind you that the Pak Kok Market will take place this Sunday. As result of typhoon that hit the Philippines I decided that ten percent of any profit I make will contribute to help.
In addition, we will have a stand of second-hand books, all the money from it will also be donated to the Philippines. If you have good quality books you wish to donate, please bring with you to the market or contact me.
Thank you and looking forward to see you. Ayelet - 9723 0459

Facebook post from our neighbour Ayelet. She's a wonderful middle-Eastern/Israeli vegetarian cooking teacher who used to live in Nepal with her family:
"Hi everyone,
We will have food and bake sale in our garden this coming Friday, 11am - 3pm. Friday the 1st of May. ALL THE MONEY WILL GO TO HELP NEPAL.
More details to follow.
If you want to donate food (only vegetarian food) or cakes, please contact Ayelet, phone no. 9723 0459"
Be there early as Ayelet's absolutely delicious and colourful veggie food is usually running out too quickly.
This Saturday, we will be holding a fundraising evening to support the disaster relief efforts In Nepal. All proceeds will be donated to Shelterbox international disaster relief charity, who currently have response teams in Nepal, providing shelter warmth and dignity to the families who have lost everything after the 7.8 magnitude earthquake affected the country on Saturday.
We have six bands playing from 6 -11pm:
Ailee Slater Arthur Urquiola Lantern Festival David Bowie Knives Onedaymore Defiant Scum
...and Songs for Children DJs
Door prizes and hopefully an auction. If anyone has anything to donate we will gladly take it off your hands!.
A ShelterBox response team member will also be there to talk about what ShelterBox do on deployment and give a current update on their efforts in Nepal. They will also have a complete box to show what equipment goes to the people in need.
Tell your friends, bring your families and hopefully we will see you there!!
