One more major fundraiser, involving some major musical talents from Lamma's vibrant and talented Filipino community, including Aileen and Dark Himaya's Ivy, plus the usual suspects like Barnaby Bruce,... Aileen Alonzo writes:'Love From Hong Kong' - FUNDRAISING EVENT!We have 8 amazing bands lined up to play tomorrow!! Say Mosquito (Steve and Maggie Kiss), The Bollands (Christian and Joyce), Cyrus Chow, Lani Giro (Ya Bud), Logo, Salvaje (Barnaby Bruce and his band) and The Homestead Aaron Andrews and Beth Shultis)!!
So come down, enjoy the music, have a few drinks and give generously! Thank you Jasmine for letting us use The Hong Kong Brew House today, all the staff were lovely and helpful.
To everyone who donated our auction/raffle draw prizes: Harry Harrison, Martin Turner, Robert Hope-Jones, Matt Steele, Charlotte Douglas, Malama Rafael Leilua, Tom McGremery, Hans Schlaikier and Ivan Fernie for sorting out the wine.
