We are delighted to offer you a FREE invitation to (normally US$795):

‘HOW TO PROTECT AND MAKE MORE MONEY IN PROPERTY IN THESE TURBULENT TIMES’ Live One Day Property Education Education Event
Guest speakers: Steven Molnar * Dave Rogers * Martyn Anstey

The Chinese word for Crisis has two characters. They are Danger & Opportunity. The real question is - What do you see?

What you focus on is what you get. During SARS, many people saw Danger and stocked up on food staples. Others saw Opportunity and bought property at low prices. So, here we are again. What will you see this time...and do you have a plan and the knowledge to take action to profit from real estate opportunities when the time is right?

Take control of your financial future by equipping yourself with the mindset, knowledge, strategies, tools and personal network …on your terms without following the herd. Invest in something that never depreciates – your education. This event is 100% purely education and no properties will be offered. None. Period.

You will learn from pre-eminent real estate investors including:

Steven Molnar – An experienced investor and inspiring educator who built a $10m AUS property portfolio in under 3 years. As a registered speaker for Tony Robbins’ Wealth Mastery programme and the global lead speaker for Real Estate Mastery, Steven has already inspired thousands this year at the National Achievers Congress, the SMART Investment Expo and the iProperty Expo in Singapore.

Dave Rogers – A long-time investor, author, key stakeholder in 11 businesses and keynote speaker to over 25,000 people worldwide, Dave will share knowledge gained from his experience in managing a US$1 billion portfolio.

Martyn Anstey – An investor, business owner and speaker who set out to learn from the world’s best investors. Through their instruction, he turned US$20,000 into a US$2 million property portfolio in just ten months. Martyn looks forward to sharing with you how to maximize your return on investment (ROI) and minimise time and stress.

Our experts typically charge in excess of US$4,000 to share their knowledge at similar events, but we would like to offer you a free place. Over 100 ambitious individuals have already confirmed their attendance, and with only 40 places remaining, we hope you will act quickly to gain your seat and avoid disappointment.

No it doesn't.

I hope your financial advice has a more factual basis.

Could be construed as such, but it's a bit glib, like "there's no I in team"

How kind of them to offer us all a free place on their course. It'd be ungracious of us not to go.

I agree. Financial advisers are wonderful people who offer to help the poor and distressed, in this case for no reward. I'm sure they have no ulterior motive, they simply want to offer a helping hand in a time of crisis. I think they should be treated with more respect, in fact held in the kind of esteem reserved for Mother Theresa, Albert Schweizer, Bugsy Siegel etc. Long may they prosper!
