As the festive season has come and the Lunar New Year Festival is approaching, the Hong Kong Police would like to remind residents in the Island to be cautious on crime activities such as miscellaneous theft, burglary, pickpocket, snatching, robbery, street deception and etc.
Please do: -
Always watch on your own property
Lock your doors and windows
Keep large amount of money or valuable jewellery in banks
Zip and secure your handbags and belongings
Install CCTV or security alarm in shops and residences
Seek assistance from neighbours when leaving for overseas trips
