We just bought a small apartment and are starting to renovate. It's more than 30 years old, we're doing the whole place up, pulling down a couple walls, swapping around the bathroom and kitchen etc etc.

We've got contractors in to do the heavy work, but I plan to do a fair chunk of it myself. Like repainting, tiling etc to save cash. Though I'm not really the DIY sort.

Just wondering if anyone has any experiences worth sharing about renovations etc in HK!

Also, if anyone is the DIY sort and fancies a job or 2 (for a friendly 'Lamma price') do shout!
