I think you mean cell tower.

There are a few in YSW, but I don't know about Pak Kok.
There's a Smartone in Tai Peng, but not much help to you.

Ask your neighbours -- LammaGung lives there and he will probably reply here.

I'm using 3 in Pak Kok and just extended my 2-year contract for the 2nd time. Fine reception in Pak Kok New Village, but it depends totally on your location and which floor your flat is on. There are several 4G antennas around N. Lamma, but they all have limited reach becasue of the hilly terrain.

We did a walk-around on Lamma a few months ago to test several main locations with 4 phones with 4 different service providers, zero to great reception.
Details are in my Lamma-zine:

Not using Facebook? These days?
Missing out on so many Lamma dramas spread on Facebook, like today?! ;~}

Lamma-zine, July 18, 2016

Results from a little walk around Pak Kok with DJ Clark, testing 4 mobile service providers with 4 mobile phones all using "OFCA Speed Test" app, Sat, July 23, 5:30-6:30pm.

Pak Kok New Village: my rooftop
Old Village: close to Govt. noticeboard
Green House: single house in the center of Pak Kok Valley, where the dogs used to bark so frequently.
Village Crossroads: close to Mrs. Chan's shop, about 100m towards New and Old Villages where the path forks.
Path to YSW: Halfway up the hill from the Pak Kok ferry pier towards YSW.

These tests just give a general indication.
The speeds fluctuate hugely by time of day and provider, from poor to great on the very same phone, location and provider, sometimes within minutes.

Very hard to make any recommendations which service provider to get. The only advice I'm always giving to people when hunting for a new flat:
Take your own phone(s) along and test the speeds in several rooms/patio/rooftop of your potential future home! Ideally on at least 2 different days.

Thank's a lot for that !
Good connection with Three at PKK pier, then !
Smartone seems definitely not the good option on Lamma !

What means 'ping', btw?

Initial response time to contact (ping) the web server.
The shorter the better. Needs to be quick, especially for gamers.

Actually, it's about the only one that works in Tai Peng.

Some people get a repeater antenna on the roof to give them a stronger signal in the house.
