does anybody know of a flat / house somewhere in or close to Yung Shue Wan that would be suitable for conversion into a rehearsal space for bands?

We're looking for somewhere relatively isolated, (but not Tai Ping) where the neighbour-bothering would be less of a problem.

Ideas anyone?
