One of Lamma's very best photographers, Sean Creamer (http://www.worldlyimages.net), has recently started to create some of these special GIF animation, mixing short movie clips into static photos. See some more examples here:

Post subject:  The Butcher of Lamma - A Cinemagraph
This was one of the first cinemagraphs I did on Lamma, it was shot from behind the Lancombe Seafood Restaurant using a Canon 5Dmkii + 135mm f2.0 lens.
