Just past the Island Gym you climb uphill, up the 50+ stairs to the top of that shotcreted slope behind the open-air Chinese restaurant back there. From the ledge at the top the view is really impressive and panoramic:

That 24-hour card playing/eating/socialising den is really the social centre of that neighbourhood, called Little Manila by some, I believe. Correct?
