Has anyone else noticed that people seem to be leaving more rubbish behind on the ferries than ever? I took the 8am ferry, and in the outside section: 3 or 4 newspapers are scattered across the floor; several coffee cups beer cans. It looks like a collection from the previous night and this morning. The bins were not overloaded either.

Not only on the ferry. There are more irresponsible people nowadays. But I think the problems arose due to the irresponsible authorities. People in charge do not react to ill behavior accordingly. Like the crap on the streets and disorder bicycle parking at the peer. The $5,000 fine for trashing around doesn't seem to in act.
