Because of approaching Usagi, the Lady Dior handbag exhibition atop Central Fery Pier 4 closed yesterday permanently, 3 days before its schedule end date of Monday night.

Aokwong in the Chinese forum just posted that there was no more ferry from Central, even at 7pm when the T8 was just raised!
The announcement above was on the HKKF website - last ferry at 8pm - so they got a lot of the passengers stranded who relied on HKKF's public announcements.
