A guy fell into the water about 8am on the Central side this Friday and people called the police instead of rescuing the guy. The only thing what's left from him was his backpack. There were numerous police, ambulance and fire services ("fire service diving unit") at the place. |

No, and I think they will use it as a pretext to concrete the harbour, to make sure nobody falls into the water again. Mwahaha! |
