好似頭先咁講啦, 三樓 700 尺單位就少啲, 你可能問吓地產.

至於小動物方面, 地下就一定有百足啦, 蟑螂啦, 四腳蛇啦, 飛蛾啦, 最多最多嘅就係蚊囉, 蛇就好少有嘅. 以前我住二樓, 就只係有上述識飛嗰啲, 打風就有飛蟑螂囉, 咁當然, 住得越高就越少呢啲嘢架喇.

唔... 不過我覺得其實喺南丫島住, 最煩嘅小動物係蚊囉, 佢哋好惡架. 我以前已經試過所有電蚊香啦, 超音波驅蚊器啦, 香精油啦, GOD 蚊香啦, 驅蚊蠟燭啦... 等等... 都唔得. 最有效就係傳統中國蚊香, 但係對身體又唔好囉... :( 當然如果你晚晚開冷氣, 就另作別論啦.

所以我覺得你可以儘量搵一啲有蚊紗嘅屋, 或者問吓業主肯唔肯加蚊紗. 如果有蚊紗, 好多小動物都入唔到屋啦! :wink:

呀, 以前住二樓時, 有個夏天, 跳咗隻牛蛙入屋添呀. :lol:
