朋友曾經用過一個 agent ，租屋前就乜都話得，租完之後間屋有野要維修，叫個 agent 搵番個業主，佢就一臉愛理不理既樣。

同埋 agent 好識捉心理，先會俾一 d 您無可能接受o既樓俾您睇，然後再俾一間比較好少少但都唔系好既俾您睇，您自然就會覺得個間好似好好咁。

如果您有朋友住南丫島，最好搵朋友同您一齊去睇。有時間屋可能無問題，但系個鄰居可能好大問題。

除o左寶華園，都試下睇下其他村喇！

係呀係呀, 同意 "e" 嘅意見呀. 之前住喺樓上個女仔都係呀, 廚房外牆條水管滴水, 地產一日推一日, 最後要住地下個女人 (佢人面廣) 直接搵業主先有人整呀.

而另一個朋友亦都話有某間地產比較食水深, 同一個單位地產貼出黎, 呀 "某" 地產已經貴過其他地產. 當我朋友問吓業主啦, 嘩! 原來呀 "某" 地產貴過業主本身心目中價錢成 25%. 因為租金嘅多少係影響地產嘅收入, "可能" 有啲人會幫業主叫價叫得高好多都唔定.

至於阿欣欣話好幫得手個中年男人係點? 略略形容吓丫喂... :)

我讚成呀、３５０呎的市樓就細, 但村屋３５０呎好見洗 :D
無奈我位大少係個麻煩鬼（外國人）,佢睇過３５０呎個Ｄ又話個廳細,激死我！
