我鍾意身在海岸看海,沐浴在海風中看日出日落。 :D :D :D

在家中窗邊「裝」出去的話太實也太過小家子了。 :? :?

看海景看得多了有朋友說也會生厭的。 :evil:

食價是地產代理極嚴重失德行為,亦係刑事罪行,罪成要坐牢的,通常需在Wanchai District Court審理。
在查冊過程中和屋契內很容易找到是項物業的交易金額,除非得到買家你的認可,否則物業代理是不能夠私下食價的。

假設看中了一間寶華園的屋, 在地產店A經苦心BARGAN後價錢為90萬, 同一單位卻在地產店B只賣80萬.
又或者某業主同地產C比較熟絡, 著他75萬就可成交了, 其餘多了的差額他可自袋.
所以最好都係估估價先, 相差太遠呢就要諗諗啦.

有冇人試過買島內村屋, 銀行可唔可以做到95%或者HKMC (HK Mortgage Corporation) 按掲 :?:

不可以自袋的。
因為買賣契屋契和田土廳都清楚地有買賣價錢的記銾。
是非常地軍眞的。

村屋如果你指丁屋只可按本港一般樓宇規舉做按揭。
如果是400呎牌照居或臨屋,那是不能上按的。

島上村屋按掲最多亦只係銀行估價後既七成.
