Correct. The elder sister of CHAN Po chu is at Tai ping New Village, please don't attempt to disturbe her.
There're many famous people at Lamma Island. 葉鎮棠at Po Wah Yuen and 周潤發 just inform of Wang Long.

您唔好咁講自己啦，大家都係島民，絕對毋須分等級。大家都有不同性格、經歷，先有計傾嘛！如果個個都一樣的話，我諗會比較悶蛋。

講番估價先。一般有做按揭的錢莊都可以幫您做一個口頭估價。不過有幾間錢莊唔做村屋按揭，所以亦唔會幫您估。

依[路人丙]我所了解，南丫島建丁屋的成本比較新界其他地方要貴得多，因為地勢崎嶇一切建屋工序都靠人力，另外本土人男丁不多，丁牌較貴。
若丁屋出入伙紙後五年內丁權持有人要出售丁屋，全座共二千一方呎連天台的補地價費在沙埔舊村曾經高違一百二十萬元！

南丫島有兩間銀行肯做按揭，其一是滙豐另一是坪洲第一太平。
有關按揭可試試問坪洲第一太平按揭部經理區先生，希望他頤意解答有關人仕的疑問。

lamma 好多樓都有成二十年樓齡, 我覺得層樓保養得好便ok啦.
睇岩樓時最好帶埋d懂裝修, 維修既朋友去幫幫眼.
如天棚, 玻璃窗, 喉管,等有冇滲水....... :mrgreen:
