Just checked with the Lamma Bistro - where the Corner Bar was located before. Somebody is organising a similar event on Dec 11 for Lamma Oldsters still living here. Details to follow soon.

Could some of the people who frequented the Corner Bar let us know why they remember it so fondly, maybe even tell us some of the their best stories and memories of the place?

The best stories will be published in the Dec Lamma-zine issue, reaching quite a large number of ex-Lammaites. Nothing libelous and slanderous, please, otherwise just don't mention names...

Names I can take, but then he started messing with my beer, so I put him down with a short jab to the chin. Suddenly, in runs Inspector Andy Phillips and his squad who put the cuffs on said drunk, who then kicks IAP in the nuts.
