I just got this email from Faith, one of my quite frequent requests for contacts, often resulting in happy reunions of old friends and even formerly close family members who'd lost touch:

"My two sons and daughter lived on Lamma some years ago. They have been trying to contact a friend of theirs, Nick Shields.
Like us, Nick comes from Glasgow, Scotland, and worked as a teacher. It occurred to me you might know of him. There is no urgency about this, just trying to locate an old friend."

If you know Nick and he wouldn't mind getting in touch again with some old friends, email me and I'll forward you to them.

We found Scottish Nick, via this forum. He died here 2.5 years ago, aged only 41. R.I.P.
