Rest in peace Madelaine Kirchlechner.
A kind and caring woman dealt devastating blows throughout her life.
Right up to end she kept her humour.
Here she is playfully wearing the ribbon from the flowers I brought.
She said that day that tough times don't last, tough people do.
Madelaine, I remember you for your kindness to to the weakest
although the world was not often kind back.

Madeleine's cremation will be on Friday
the 01 of November 2013, Fusan Crematorium,
Tai Wai,
Shatin,
New Territories.
There will be a short service at 3pm

i remember her always walking with a younger man that, given the resemblance, i took for her son. They seemed very close, he seemed a bit frail, possibly ill; i never spotted any of them talking to other people. And then didn't see either of them anymore. I assumed they had moved out of Lamma. Sorry to hear that she passed away. How is her son?
