Recruitment Consultant (casual)

OVERVIEW

NETwork Education Solutions is a dynamic recruitment consultancy specialising in the international education market. We are looking for several enthusiastic new Recruitment Consultants to work in our new office in Yung Shue Wan, Lamma Island.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conducting screening interviews via telephone/video conference
• Matching candidates to current vacancies
• Vetting candidate CVs, certificates, and application documents
• Presenting suitable candidates to the Key Account Manager
• Managing the candidate relationship

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Native English Speaker
• Experience of international education (teaching, administration, or management)
• Experience of working/living in mainland China
• Commercial/sales experience an advantage
• Computer literate
• Able to work to targets
• Must have the right to work in Hong Kong

WORKING HOURS
• Flexible (0-10 hours/week Mon-Sat)

COMPENSATION
• Basic HK$50 per candidate referral (approx 12-15 minutes work)

• OTE Schedule:
40 referrals/month - HK$ 4000-6000 (approx 10 office hours/month)
80 referrals/month – HK$ 8000-12000 (approx 20 office hours/month)
120 referrals/month – HK$ 12000-18000 (approx 30 office hours/month)
160 referrals/month – HK$ 16000-24000 (approx 40 office hours/month)
