Now that the Lancombe has gone, can anyone suggest a worthy successor? It seems that Lancombe fans are undecided about this and are currently undergoing a period of research. We tried the Sanpan which is great for dim sum but was a bit flat. The restaurant next to the old Lancombe has given best results so far.
