BEWARE of this restaurant for this is not an isolated incident...and its always empty or 1/2 empty which draws suspicion too, a front?bad business,?money laundering?awful food? My friend and I ordered food there a couple of times and were both times overcharged.The first time they actually got away with it due to our own stupidity but the second time they were caught..The reason Im sure its a scam is because there was a very distinct sequence of events that followed.....The ticket was clearly marked for two meals, 1 beer... When we told them to add up 48 +52 +17 one more time(btw a sum which any 12 year old can do in her /his head).Then they tried to claim we had 2 beers although the ticket was marked in the chinese character for 2.Even if we had 2 ..It still didnt explain the 180$ charge...So not looking at us all 3 people had a go on the calculator...hmmmmmmm... ....The manager/owner quickly rushed out of nowhere with a convenient 30 from his pocket plus our change.. .My friend in a fluent Canto and could understand the chatter.No looking in the eye..as I said its the second time...and there was somethng way too organized about the whole thing I was upset because I know we got overcharged before...and they got away with it... Be warned! |
