I've read and seen the pictures of Halo Halo and the new store in a single story red house by Cannon Church, but I cannot figure out how to find that place! Hahaha! Ok, I'm new to the island this year, but it's driving me nuts. How do I get there from Main Street?

Go to the temple near the soccer pitch. Turn left between a house and a sitting out area. Weave around toward the left and you will find it. It is a labyrinth of buildings back there but if you look around a bit, you will find it. |

Sorry, Alan, it's actually No.18, the little, single-storey Red House just behind the wastebins, adjacent to the Canaan Church. It's also just around the corner from where a VV hit a bike-riding young Chinese woman the other day, sending her to hospital after hitting her head on the street. I was walking by later, when several policemen queried the VV driver. They've put up bilingual SLOW signs now and even 3 round traffic mirrors, similar to the ones up Cable Road's steepest curves. |

To to the temple on main street, walk along the Elderly bench park and past the junk yard titled "Million Rich", turn left, and walk until you see a white house with a big yard to your right, and a unfinished :_(, bunch of rocks to your left, and the red house (c-5, store, Halo Halo), it's a small canitina on the weekends.... |

Had the halo-halo there the other day. It was delicious (apart from the ice cream headache caused by me guzzling it too quickly), and Myrna is a sweetheart. Thanks for the recommendation! |
