Thanks, Marc. This is dated Feb 2011 and we've seen it before, but no news on the pending harbour reclamation since then. Following up with the dept. now....

By the way, the bidding war still seems to be going on for the ancient Lamcombe building, probably going far beyond any potential profits any regular business could make in that venue. Maybe the buyer will tear it down and rebuild it, like several other buildings along Main Street, or re-open the renovated house as something completely different from a restaurant.
