On the YSW-Central ferry this afternoon, there was a large frog hopping down the aisle, to the delights & squeals of the passengers.
Sorry, no photo, as we just spotted it when getting ready to get off the ferry and it hid under the seats. But it was the same kid-fist-sized species that hid inside a plastic bag I had left outside over night recently; it escaped by jumping when I picked up the bag. They can also be seen all over Lamma these days, especially on our paths late at night. Completely harmless and pretty docile, you could pick them up gently and relocate them out of harm's way, if necessary.
What's the most unusual wildlife you've seen on-board an HKKF ferry?
