Thought I would start another flower forum & start it off with an old favourite.
I believe it is the Messina Creeper (Ipomoea cairica), a type of Morning Glory

Crown of Thorns (Euphorbia milii) can be seen in one of the "garden" partches down on Hung Shing Yeh Beach.
Seems it originates in Madagascar but is quite often treated as a houseplant. If the conditions are right can bloom all year round outside, although it generally prefers a dryish climate

Nice plant Guy, but I would have thought that you would have chosen the Poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherrima) for it's seasonal connections.

Some sort of legume (pea family) but what is the rest of the plant like? A tree, or a shrub or a small herb?

A spindly shrub about 2 ft high - has about half a dozen buds & none others nearby - is just off the road by Power Station Beach - only just noticed it this week

By the way the poinsettias are not very far away. To many clues for a "where on Lamma" shot, though.
