Honest criticism here, OK LG.

I find the existing front page quite a muddle to look through and therefore I don't look at it as often as I would if it were easier on the eye.

It's a bit unfair of me to say this, since I can't personally offer any ideas on how to improve it as I'm hopelessly unartistic. So sorry, no solution from me. But generally I do look at the forums regularly and I hope someone can offer an option to help tidy up the front page. Keep up the good work LG!

You mean the left, middle or right column? Or all of them?
Many regular readers might ignore the left and right column with all the links anyway as all the NEWS, EVENTS and Lamma-zine stories are exclusively in the middle column.

So the middle column has a muddled look, see below? Or the column header has too much info?

I was just referring to the middle column.

Maybe the type style is contributing to the confusion in the middle section? Would CAPS work better than the fuzzy headings such as "What's new" etc? As I said, I'm the last person to offer advice on layout. But a 'less busy' set up might help? Now that I come to think of it, if you analyse it, it has several different sort of fonts/colours etc.

So! Anyone out there want to volunteer to revamp the front page of this website??? Surely, one of our Lamma residents must know of a bright young thing who would be give some time to this?

New header on our main pages, simplifying them a lot.

Plus a new poster, printed right now and going on Lamma's walls this weekend.
