We'll be starting the kids classes next Sunday, the 16th March. 4pm at Power Station beach...
Capoeira, for those unaware is a Brazilian martial art / dance / fight / game... most importantly it's about having fun.... youtube has many many videos.
It's a great way for kids to learn self-control, increase self esteem, coorperation and partner work. Whilst also building on the physical skills of core strength, balance and coordination.
We practice the physical moves and music, singing, clapping and playing the pandeiro (tambourine) and berimbau.
Lessons are also available in Central with Mestra Jo at EPIC MMA club. Mestra Jo will be visiting us once a month. http://www.equipejocapoeirahongkong.com
