Hi there,
i have a 12 year old who goes to English School Foundation and you cannot choose which one your child goes to as it is allocated. If you are moving to Lamma then your teenager would go to West Island High School if you were to choose this option. As said by others, there's a range of other international schools but you just need to check which country's curriculum they follow and what is therefore important to you. Get ready to put your hand deep into your pockets!

Thank you all. And thanks as well for the warning about high tuition costs. I am still reeling!

Does anyone have any information about the Canadian International School? Our son attended one in Singapore, but the website of the Hong Kong version looks quite a bit more daunting. We are also attracted to the ESF schools, but appreciate Hot Baby Chick 's point that it may not make sense to dip into the UK curriculum if our son will be returning to the US for college.

Also, thanks very much Siobhan for the information about the Banyan Tree. That looks very much like the perfect place for our preschooler.
