thank you! I was thinking so...
on the other hand, if one looks at life expectancy figures in Hong Kong, which are these days on top of almost any other in the world (see below link), it seems rather insignificant...
people here eat lots of vegetables, more so the leafy ones that are, as I was told, more affected then others like roots or with skin...
anyway I like the local farms and the people and must say that I enjoy to buy 'local' as you say...
