This Sunday, the Wisdom Heart is happy to welcome Diego Hangartner for a talk on
The Four Foundations of Mindfulness
Developing moment-by-moment mindfulness through the Buddha’s Satipatthana Sutta teaching.
Diego has a background in both Western and Eastern understandings of the mind, having completed a PhD in pharmacology (specialising in psychoactive substances) and 7 years of study at the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics in Dharamsala, India.
As COO of Mind and Life Institute, he organises dialogues between Western scientists (from the fields of Neuroscience, Neuroplasticity, Psychology, Biology etc) and Tibetan Buddhists led by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
