Hey, no giving up so easily!

Guy, you mean to say you're not capable of shooting a simple jumping spider?

The great and famous wildlife photographer chickening out so easily? I can't believe it! What will all your many fans say, locally & internationally?

Too difficult for the Great Guy? No way! Don't disappoint all your fans!

We want to see a jumping Lamma spider in mid-jump!

Greetings
I am pleased with these two shots that i took.
I was walkin and saw a butterfly flying ,i thought to myself wouldn't it be cool if the butterfly flew over to those hanging hibiscus flowers and i got a shot of it on the flower.I took out my camera and switched it on to take a pic of the flower anyway and right on cue the mind reading butterfly dropped in to make my day.

I sincerely thanked the beautiful flyer and moved on.

Peace

Very pretty shots, Jimmi!

The second one is so symmetrical, unusual and has great colours that I'd suggest you to use it as your Avatar.

You know, the little picture that many members have as their Id under their nickname. You could it yourself - up to 100 pixels wide and high, GIF or JPG, max. 10KB picture - or I could make an Avatar for you from your pretty picture above?

Very nics pics - looks as if it is a fire-breathing butterfly........

Another pic I got a couple of days ago.
Think it is a Tailed Green Jay (Graphium agamemnon) but looks a little tatty & may have lost its tail bits...

The Herboland organic farm at Hung Shing Yeh beach might have one or two left, just below $100.

That's where I got mine a few months back, gave it to Guy and never saw it again...
But he makes much better use of it than I ever would, admittedly. And I've got another book from him "in exchange"...

Thanks Ingmar......... is very informative......... will help with ID's on some of the pics I'm posting as I can see I've been getting some of them wrong despite having the Butterfly Book.

Over on Power Station Beach I was pointed in the direction of a bush that had about a hundred or so of these butterflies sunning themselves.
Photos don't really do justice to the scene, especially when they were disturbed & in flight................
