On the path going directly to the cable road, on the right side.

Thanks Alan!
Does it cover all the land of the right side of the road? or just within the fence?

That's how the Tai Peng Community Garden entrance looked from the path a few days ago, a beautiful jungle and flower beds hiding the actual vegetable garden and flower beds behind...
You can also see the Garden from Cable Road 1, just on the left side coming down the Road from the hill below Lamma Winds.

There are several photo galleries of the Garden in the Lamma-zine or linked from it; simply search for it on the home page in the SEARCH box at the top.

Since Lammagung's last photo we've had a summer of typhoons, and autumn of weeds and a winter of clearing. Now is the annual show of the Hippeastrum lilies along the garden path - they won't last very long, so if you would like to see this riot of colour it will prably last for another few days.

Nice photos Zep and we have you to thank for planting the Hippeastrum.

There are a lot of new hybrid Hippeastrum grown from seed planted around various margins. It will be interesting to see what the flowers look like of the offspring of various varieties crossed with each other. Unfortunately we'll have to wait until 2013 to see!

These plants seem to be amazingly synchronised in their flowering, within days all over the island!
Right now they're also blooming in my rooftop garden, far from the Community Garden, for just a few days.
I can't even remember planting them in my former rooftop flat 1-2 years ago. They survived the move of my entire garden last year and the pretty cold winter temperatures.
