So Ku Wan is a small village on the East side of Lamma Island, with views across to the Hong Kong skyline of Aberdeen. Lush green hills and streams set the stage for our proposed commercial and residential developments.
A small but unique commercial development project is in its final planning stage and construction is expected to commence soon.
A high-end residential development project is also under planning there. It promises to be another site for homes with breathtaking views suited to the taste of nature lovers who demand only the best in finding their sweet homes.
The "high-end residential development " must be the Baroque.
The other site, "small but unique commercial development " in Sok Kwu Wan, is interesting to say the least.
I believe there are no commercial developments allowed on Lamma, except at the former Tannery site. (Otherwise, only "village houses" on land granted to villagers, not for sale to commercial developers) The quarry is another possibility for conversion, but that seems already spoken for.
