Completely renovated the water supply in most of YSW and Sha Po & Wang Long and she's very accessible. You can go chat to her anytime about any issue you have. Give her face - that's important.

She'd take credit for the sun rising if she could. The Water Authority keeps busy replacing pipes all over, even in villages where no one lives.
