Yes, as previously mentioned in <a href="http://www.lamma.com.hk/forum/Lamma-Gung/e-zine-22.htm#6">E-zine 22</a> and <a href="http://lammapaths.cjb.net/">my website</a>. I initially sent an email objection, and they responded to that giving me the fax and snail mail address. I re-sent it using the <a href="http://www.tpc.int">the TPC email-fax gateway.</a> (The actual address for this being <a href="mailto:remote-printer.Dr_Sarah_Liao/Secretary_for_the_Environment_Transport_and_Works@85221368017.iddd.tpc.int">Dr Sarah Liao....</a>)

But it's good to get some more kicks in anyway. Last I heard they had received over 70 objections.
