| Post subject: | Pak Kok path improvement |
There's a notice at the police post in Main St, and presumably Pak Kok, that a path is to be "improved" in Pak Kok. Looks more than just resurfacing, a corner is being cut off for instance. Any natives want to comment on the route and project in general? As usual, you have two weeks from the date of posting to submit comments to the District Office, starting from last week. |

Yes, well dubious use of the word "improved." What needs to be done is NOT changing or "improving" the paths but taking shears and cutters to snip off the overhanging jungle that provides an IDEAL perch for those big black spiders. Sure enough any and all Pak Kokians get the spider webs in the face not to mention the various other wildlife that love dangling from weeds and branches obstructing all "clean" transport from YSH to the northern point.
