One of the Major Paths into Hung Shing Yeh has been blocked by the headman of Tai Wan Village, Chan Tan Fei, Now one half of the village has no access for Emergency Vehicles VV or Bicycles.Philip Keep This path has been here for decades and is in daily use by a large part of the village, but because Chan Tan Fei claims he owns the fields over which it is built he has blocked it, legally it is a prescriptive easement for the people in HSY (regardless of land ownership) and should not be blocked.
HK police and Government seems as always unable to do anything.
