I sent my objection via email to <etwbenq@etwb.gov.hk>, and got back this acknowledgement:
{L_QUOTE}:
I note that you would like to lodge an objection to the captioned road scheme. You may wish to know that pursuant to Electronic Transactions (Exclusion) Order, an "email" objection to a road scheme is not regarded as satisfying the requirement in section 10(1) of Cap. 370 that an objection must be made in writing. In case you have not sent us an written objection, please do so by sending it to 16/F, Murray Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong or by faxing it to 21368017.
-- So send your objections by snail mail or fax. Note this fax number is different from the one we've been publicising. (I have revised that on the above post)
Also, for those like me who don't have a working printer or fax, you can send faxes via the TPC gateway, by sending an email to
<a href="mailto:remote-printer.Dr_Sarah_Liao/Secretary_for_the_Environment_Transport_and_Works@85221368017.iddd.tpc.int">remote-printer.Dr_Sarah_Liao/Secretary_for_the_Environment_Transport_and_Works@85221368017.iddd.tpc.int</a>
(should be no spaces in this)
