This event will be the inaugural edition of the European Games, an international multi-sport event for athletes representing the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of Europe. The Games will be held in Baku, a modern port city blending the romance of Europe and the vibrancy of the East, in June 2015. The Baku city lies on the eastern coast of Azerbaijan and will feature over 6,000 athletes from 49 NOCs competing in 20 sports. 1. Contract Project Executives (Dec 14 to June 15) - Responsible for project management, tender preparation, site supervision & coordination, attend site meeting. - Liaise & coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure quality project delivery 2. Contract Electrical/Structural Engineer (Dec 14 to June 15) - Prepare tender drawings and technical building services design - Supervise and manage drafting works to prepare drawings - Responsible for structural calculation for cladding, metal works and vast decorations - Perform project planning and site activities (indoor/outdoor) including site meetings and inspections. - Liaise and coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors on project and site work progress 3. Contract CAD Draftsman (Dec 14 to June 15) - Provide CAD drawings for project - Handle drawing from layout to full set output - Update and maintain CAD drawing filing All nationalities Welcome! Must be able to speak and write English, knowledge of Azerbaijan and/or Russian, Turkish is preferred.
