So with all these restaurants and bars in the village who shines like a star and who sinks like a stone?
I'd say:
The best food on the weekend is at Diesel's, especially the roasts.
The best Indian food is at the Deli.
The best seafood is Lamcombe (or the Tai Yuen Shark's Fin in SKW)
The best Chinese is the one next to the Deli.
The best breakfast is at Dan's.
The best vegetarian is Bookworm.
The best pizza is the Bistro.

Not sure about the worst, I've had a bad experience at least once in most places on the island (and many in town too).

Best Pizza is at Pizza Milano.

And isn't the bookroom the only vegetarian restaurant? Coming top out of one isn't very impressive.

Is the Diesel's roast dinner really good? I've seen it served up and it didn't look very appetizing.

Today's Lamma-zine Blog title is "'Western food corrodes my innards", a story about eating in a local restaurant. It ends with "Cursed gweilo food defies human consumption."

This is a great topic and we might put up a poll very soon.
But it should be more specific, like "best pizza", "best coffee" or "best sandwich".
