Video Clips & stuff

If your net connection is quick enough both audio and video can be played from the net through your computer. Thought I'd best mention that in case you were a net newbie.

To play Audio and Video files its best to use either Windows AV player (Win Player) or Real Player. I use both.

To get the latest Win Player you can find the download link in their update section. Click your Start button choose settings then click Windows update at the bottom. Its fairly easy after that. just look for the Download Windows Media Player link.

To get Real Player which is handy to have in case the video you want will ONLY play in that, click the link below.

 Download Real Player Free Version (basic)

If you are going to get both programs, install Win Player first. Then when you get near the end of the set-up for Real Player make sure you DO NOT choose to make it the default player FOR ANYTHING listed. IE. uncheck the boxes for all file types.

Other than that, its a doddle to get everything all set up.

The link below is to a clip of Lord of the Rings II to try out Real Player with:

If I find any more bits and pieces I think may be of interest I'll post them in this thread. If you find any feel free to do the same. Please don't post porno links though coz it only means Lamma Gung and WebDog will get in trouble and I'll only delete them anyway. Thanks.

The Sisters of Sharon have a music video for "Will You?" at http://zebox.com/bbchris/ Filmed entirely by genius filmman Moray Wedderburn, this Cantonese song will have you enthralled.

Lamma Gung: Please do not Bark in this thread; especially not in color.
It is for posting Video links, not sending secret messages to webDog.
If you want bark to webDog you can do it here.

PS. it is usually polite to start the first bark with a "B" when addressing dogs.
Thus: Bow wow wow wow etc...

And I forgot to mention that Moray lives on Lamma. In fact there's quite a few 'film' 'video' production people on the Island. Moray also made a couple of documentaries, the first one was called "Fried White Rice" which won a British Independent Film Award a few years ago.
