Do any repats have advice/info for settling elsewhere after leaving HK?
I'm finding it quite difficult - even after 4 years away.

Get over it, both of you. It's 2005.

Ed Banger,

you're right, of course. Life goes on.

I live in London now, so I went from the community feel of Lamma to the 'mixed bag' of communities in London. Heck of a change! My wife wanted to leave HK but I didn't. Well, we left because I wanted her to be happy. Anyway, after 5 years I still miss old Lamma - but that's ok - it was great to have been there at all.

Anyone like to share their experiences of re-settling after living on Lamma?
