I love the tips for first dates section on the website! :mrgreen:

1) Show up on time;
2) Avoid eating foods that could be easily stuck on your teeth; or those that leaves a bad odour in your mouth;
3) Smile - let your date know that you enjoy getting to know him/her;
4) Make sure you're well-presented and well-dressed, and you feel comfortable with yourself;
5) Maintain eye contact. Talk about cheerful and forward-looking issues; avoid sensitive issues like religion, politics. Focus on subjects your date is interested in.
6) Ask questions and listen to his/her response carefully.

I hope the speed dating folks observed the above guidelines - especially #1...
