Who has seen the Animatrix already,
the 9 Manga-style animations by different Japanese and American directors, set in the Matrix world, providing a lot more background to the story?

I bought it on DVD last Sat. The animations are just amazing, stylish, imaginative and sometimes simply mind-blowing. Best short animation series in a long time.

Which animation do you like best and why?
Do they really help to explain the story better?
How do they tie into the game (which I haven't gotten yet, too expensive).

If I know you in person, you could even borrow my DVD...
After seeing Animatrix, I can dare to see Matrix: Reloaded a 2nd time, trying to understand more.

Who thinks they got the full story of the movie and could explain it to us?

Some of them were amazing, but some fell a bit short imo. I liked "Final flight of the Osiris" and "Kid's Story" the best.

Animatrix available from HMV for around $140 since last week, from Blockbuster only starting today, June 3, for a few dollars less.

But if you're asking me nicely, you could borrow it from me!

So, how did you like Matrix: Reloaded?
