Apart from Flower Market Street in Prince Edward, there are a bunch of seed shops near the Western Market in Sheung Wan on Hong Kong Island. Some of t he Tai Peng community gardeners could probably give you cherry tomato seedlings, as they grow like weeds there.

You can get herb seedlings from Herboland near Hung Shing Ye Beach on Lamma.

I just planted a variety of flower seeds in my new rooftop garden, bought for $10 per packet from one of the several gardening shops just after Western Market, on Connaught Road, just after the Shun Tak Centre, a pleasant ten minutes walk from ifc via the pedestrian flyovers.

These shops are small but have a huge variety of seeds and gardening stuff and you get good advice in English, plus a discount if you're a HK Gardening Society member (Jane Ram is an official there).

I tried seeds from the Forget-me-not video/gardening/property shop besides the Bookworm, but they almost all failed to grow, probably too old.
