If you download or stream video, you can use 6GB in a few hours.
For reference: I normal DVD disc is 4.3 GB, Bluray is 25 GB.

That's just me alone. When my daughter goes online, or my wife watches soap operas on her phone, God knows.
A couple of years ago they didn't enforce the data cap for these various kinds of Internet via mobile services. Now they've got enough suckers signed up, they do.
It's like having a sports car capable of 200 kph, for which you are allowed 1 litre of fuel a month.
